Whenever an E-Mail is sent using AngeliaSend's Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard, a single copy of the E-Mail is retained in the "Campaign Sent Items" folder. You can view the contents of "Campaign Sent Items" by selecting it in the Outlook Explorer. The folder display (example shown below) is handled by AngeliaSend and is not a normal Outlook folder display. In particular, the display supports custom icons and the "Campaign Name" attribute. Note that items sent using a "Blind Copy" send can be identified in the list by the plain envelope symbol on the left and by the "bcc" indicator at the beginning of the "To" column.
The AngeliaSend tool bar located immediately above the "Campaign Sent Items" folder contents display, enables several useful functions. First, the "Inspect" button (or a double-click) causes the highlighted E-Mail to be opened in an Outlook Inspector. The "Users" button displays a dialog showing the Display Names and E-Mail Addresses of the E-Mail's recipients. The "Refresh" button forces the contents list of the Campaign Sent Items folder to be rebuilt to ensure that any recent changes are displayed. The "Help" button connects you to this on-line help document. And finally, the "Delete" button, moves the highlighted E-Mail to the "Deleted Items" folder.
The "Campaign Sent Items" list can be sorted on any column by double-clicking the column heading. Double-click again to invert the sort.
Whenever the "Campaign Sent Items" display is refreshed, any items found in the folder that do not belong to AngeliaSend will be moved to the "Lost And Found Items" folder.
