Ever tried to send an E-Mail to a group of people without disclosing the entire distribution list to all of the recipients?? Sure, you can use "bcc" - but then the E-Mail that your correspondents receive doesn't appear to be addressed to them. Or you can send a bunch of individual E-Mails (which is tedious and time-consuming) -- but then you have all those E-Mails in your "Sent" folder or you have no record of what you sent. How about handling "Opt Outs"? Government regulations and good business practice make "Opt Out" handling a must.
There are plenty of solutions available for those with a big budget and enough volume to support the expense - but what about the small business? Or a membership organization like a church, club, or interest group? That's where AngeliaSend comes in.
AngeliaSendTM is an easy to use Add-On to the program that millions use to manage their E-Mail every day - Microsoft's Outlook. Once installed, a "Campaign Send" button will appear on your Outlook E-Mail Inspector form. To use AngeliaSend, just prepare your message in Outlook - and then, instead of entering recipients in the "To" or "CC" area in Outlook, click the "Campaign Send" button and use the AngeliaSend "Campaign Send" Address Wizard to address your E-Mail.
This easy to use interface shows you your contacts in a simple list format. Do you have more than one Contact Folder? Just check the folders you want to include in the Address Book list and the contacts from those folders will be added to the "Available Contacts" list. Select the ones you want by clicking them. When a contact is selected it is moved from the "Available" list to the "Selected" list - so it's easy to see who's been selected and who has not. Sort either list with a click. Want to see if you have duplicate E-Mail addresses in your "Selected" list? Just click the "Dupe Check" button. Have contacts that have "Opted Out"? Right click on them in the "Available" list and flag them as "Opt Outs" -- or drag an E-Mail from them into the AngeliaSend "Opt Out Request E-Mails" folder.
When you have your recipient list selected, verify your Subject, and add a "Campaign Name" if you wish. "Campaign Names" are stored in the E-Mail master copy and can be used to sort the contents of the AngeliaSend "Campaign Sent Items" folder so that you can group related E-Mails together. Click "Save Settings" if you want to save your settings so you can use them again. Now click "Send E-Mails" and AngeliaSend will send an individual copy of your E-Mail to each recipient and save a single master copy with the entire recipient list in the AngeliaSend "Campaign Sent Items" folder.
All AngeliaSend data is completely contained within Outlook's data structures - so your AngeliaSend information is just as secure as the rest of your Outlook data. And if you're backing up your Outlook data files (and you should be) then you're also backing up any data belonging to AngeliaSend.
