Once you have an E-Mail list set up the way you want it, you can save it for future re-use by clicking the "Save Settings" button in the Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard's tool bar -- which will display the "Saved Settings Files" dialog (example shown below). To save your settings, either select an existing settings file from the list or enter a new name in the "Settings Name" item and then press "Select" to save your settings. Note that selecting an existing settings file name from the list will result in that file being overwritten with current settings information. Settings items saved include (1) checked Contacts Folders, (2) Configuration Options that are in effect, (3) Contact Filter status, and (4) Contacts in the Selected Contacts List.
Once you have saved at least one Settings File, the "Load Settings" button on the Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard toolbar will be enabled. Click "Load Settings" to display the "Load Saved Settings" dialog (example shown below). Select a settings file from the list presented and click "Select" or double-click the item to load the saved settings. You will be returned to the Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard with the settings configured to match those in the selected Saved Settings File. Note that there may be discrepancies introduced by changes to your contacts. If any discrepancies are found then a dialog will be displayed notifying you that discrepancies were found and offering to show a list of contacts that were not found. Also, Opt Out Requests entered since the Settings File was saved will be automatically applied. However, any contacts whose Opt Out Requests were dropped must be re-selected manually. See Managing Opt Outs for more information on Opt Outs.
While either the "Load Saved Settings" or "Save Settings" dialogs are active, you can change the name of an existing settings file by highlighting a settings file in the list (left-click) and then right-clicking to display a popup menu offering "Edit Settings File Name" and "Flag Settings File To Be Deleted" options. Selecting "Edit Settings File Name" will display the Saved Settings File Name Change Dialog (example shown below). Enter the new name where indicated and press "Okay" to make the change. Click "Restore" to reset the new name to the original name. Note that actual posting of the name change to the database will not occur until control is returned to the Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard.
To delete a Saved Settings File, highlight the file you want to delete in the list (left-click) and then right-click to display the popup menu and select "Flag Settings File To Be Deleted". The status of the file will be indicated by a red "X" to the left of the settings file name in the list. Actual deletion of the file will not occur until control is returned to the Campaign Send E-Mail Address Wizard.
