AngeliaSchedulerTM - On-Line Help - Core Service Configuration
Core Service Configuration parameters are those that effect the overall performance of the AngeliaScheduler Service.
They are displayed in the "Configuration Options" list on the main form of the Configuration Utility. All
of these items (except for TCP Port) may also be modified via the Remote Queue Manager (assuming the user has the
appropriate access rights). Core Service Configuration items consist of the following broad categories:
- Queue Manager: are very basic core service items and queue configuration defaults.
- Configuration Backup Manager: are items that determine the rules for automatic backups
of the Configuration Database.
- Event Logging Manager: are items that determine which events are to be included in the
AngeliaScheduler Event Log.
- Completed Task Purging Options: are items that determine the rules for the purging of
completed tasks from the AngeliaScheduler Configuration Database.
